Our Belief

Art is inevitable refracted as a complex descendent by different institutions in society when it is projected to the public. It can be a defensive system which developed to mystify the public, a local example such as the landing of gigantic Chanel Mobile Art Gallery (Feb-Apr, 08) down next to the disappearing ruins of Star Pier and Queen’s Pier with its glorified appearance and architecture reveals the tension between the purity of beauty and public concern. It is hypocritical to bring a pretty fancy, entertaining-like bandage to cover the wounded city.

Artists learnt to master the mode of presenting a work in varied ways. Equipped to produce their art showing in galleries which looking poetic, eye-pleasure and arty, artists should be responsible to the ways of how the works are situated.

Rather than being a flower-vase, we concern relationship of art and society with such point below:

1. To be critical in practice rather than only critical with critical theory

That is, to find out.

2. To be artists in role of AGENTS, a facilitator rather than a plasterer.

3. To disclose what is belied in an art exhibition.

4. To act as an activate-agent, brings the boom directly to the arty party.
